**Breaking: Motörhead Officially Announces Reunion Concert Since Lemmy’s Passing — A Tribute to the Icon, A Celebration for Fans**

In a moment rock fans never thought would come, **Motörhead has officially announced a reunion concert**—the first major live performance under the Motörhead name since the passing of the band’s iconic frontman **Lemmy Kilmister** in December 2015. The show, dubbed **“Motörhead Forever: A Tribute to Lemmy”**, will take place this fall at the legendary Hammersmith Apollo in London, a venue etched into the band’s storied legacy.

The reunion will not feature a new permanent frontman, but rather a rotating lineup of legendary guest performers who were either close to Lemmy or heavily influenced by Motörhead’s explosive sound and no-compromise attitude. Confirmed guest vocalists and musicians include **Dave Grohl**, **Metallica’s James Hetfield**, **Rob Halford of Judas Priest**, and **Ozzy Osbourne**, among others. Founding guitarist **Phil Campbell** and long-time drummer **Mikkey Dee** will lead the performance, delivering the raw, thunderous sound that made Motörhead one of rock and metal’s most defining forces.

“This isn’t a comeback. This is a celebration,” said Mikkey Dee, now with Scorpions, during the official press conference. “Lemmy told us that Motörhead should never be some commercial brand pushed on after he was gone. But he also told us, if the time felt right, to honor the music and the fans in the loudest, filthiest way possible. That time is now.”

The concert is being organized in conjunction with **Lemmy’s estate**, and part of the proceeds will benefit the **Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund**, as well as a newly launched Lemmy Kilmister Music Scholarship Foundation for underprivileged youth.

Since Lemmy’s death, fans around the world have held memorials, tribute concerts, and even festivals in his honor, but this is the first official Motörhead performance sanctioned by surviving band members. While a full-scale tour is not planned, sources indicate this could be the first of a few exclusive tribute concerts in major cities including Los Angeles and Berlin.

Phil Campbell, speaking with emotion, noted: “Lemmy’s spirit has never left us. His ashes are in bullets with friends, he’s got a statue in Wacken, and his music plays somewhere in the world every hour. This show is for the fans—those who never got to see us live, and those who want to hear that wall of sound one more time.”

The reunion show will feature massive video tributes, unreleased behind-the-scenes footage, and a curated setlist voted on by fans worldwide. Expected tracks include “Ace of Spades,” “Overkill,” “Iron Fist,” and the emotionally charged “Killed by Death.”

Tickets go on sale next week and are expected to sell out within minutes. Rock history is being made once again—**Motörhead rides, if only for one night more.**
